Development Information, illustrations and photography

Please bear in mind that any furniture, soft furnishings and wall coverings in our show homes are not part of our standard specification. Christmas 2023 Stamp Duty – Terms & Conditions

Stonewood Homes are willing to pay the buyers standard Stamp Duty Land Tax for sales agreed before Christmas 2023 and solicitors must have been instructed to qualify for this incentive. Any additional Stamp Duty levy (i.e. the additional amount due if it is a second dwelling for instance, will not be paid). Available on selected plots only and subject to usual reservation terms and conditions. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Please speak to the Sales Consultant for more details.

5% Deposit Contribution – Terms & Conditions

All incentives are subject to lender criteria. Stonewood Homes will contribute up to 5% of the purchase price of the property, this will be a one off payment and the amount will be deducted from the completion statement.  The offer must be agreed at the time of reservation, no retrospective claims will be considered.  Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Subject to usual reservation terms and conditions, please speak with our Sales Consultant for further information. Available on selected plots only & developments. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Part Exchange – Terms & Conditions

Part Exchange is only available on selected developments and selected plots, this offer may be withdrawn at any time. Your existing home should be 70% less that the value of the new home you are considering purchasing.  Not all properties can be considered for Part Exchange due to their method of construction or unusual characteristics or lease terms.  You will need to provide access to the appointed agents within three working days for the valuations and inspection of your existing home, any offer made on your existing home is subject to survey and subject to contract.  You will need to allow access for prospective purchasers from our appointed selling agents at reasonable times.  Your property must be maintained internally and externally to an acceptable standard until legal completion – and on legal completion the property must be left clean and tidy, full vacant possession is required on legal completion.
