THE FARMYARD

Grittleton, Wiltshire

A collection of 12 unique homes, including both traditional barn conversions and contemporary new builds, in the peaceful Wiltshire village of Grittleton.

Each home at The Farmyard has its own character. The development includes six stone barn conversions, four stone and timber homes with a traditional style, and two modern Dutch barns, clad in black timber with distinctive curved roofs. While each property is different, they all share a focus on quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

From the sturdy steel handrails to the warm wood-burning stoves, and from the smooth edges of the light switches to the seamless porcelain floors, every detail was designed with care.

Completed in 2024, The Farmyard blends the charm of rural living with modern comforts, offering something special in every home.
