Celebrating Progress: Topping Out the First Homes at Worwell Rise

On 8th December, we celebrated a major milestone, the topping out of the first homes at our Worwell Rise development.

Contractors and consultants joined our Homes team for this special occasion, which included the traditional raising of a tree branch to the roof by Site Manager Tom Flay, symbolising the completion of this phase of construction.

Managing Director Sam Smart expressed his gratitude to everyone involved:

“This is a proud moment for Stonewood Homes building new houses in our heartland. The progress we’ve made here is a testament to the hard work and dedication of every single person on site. These homes will set a new standard for quality and design in Tetbury, and we look forward to welcoming new home owners to Worwell Rise.”

Blake Kendall, Contracts Manager, added his thanks and looked ahead to future collaborations:

“I want to personally thank the teams who have worked tirelessly to get us to this point. The craftsmanship and attention to detail have been outstanding. We’re excited to continue working together on future projects and to keep delivering homes that people love.”

These spacious, stylish homes are designed to combine quality craftsmanship with modern living, and this milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming new residents to Worwell Rise in 2026.
