Meet the Team – Lee Zeffiretti
With over 30 years in the construction industry, Lee Zeffiretti brings a rare blend of practical site knowledge and innovation to the table. Having spent much of his career with major housebuilder Crest Nicholson, Lee grew frustrated with the time-consuming and inefficient snagging processes that slowed down builds and drained teams’ energy.
In 2020, he joined Stonewood Homes as a Contracts Manager — and in 2022, he took matters into his own hands. Alongside business partner Will Wright, Lee co-founded PlotTech, a smart tech solution designed to simplify life on site.
Now supporting 26 housebuilders and SAP assessors across the UK, PlotTech’s suite of apps helps streamline snagging, fire audit reporting, and Part L compliance. The results speak for themselves:
