A brilliant conversion of a historic former RAF airbase in the Wiltshire village of Yatesbury, that blends 43 new and converted low energy homes and commercial units in a beautiful rural setting nestled in the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Utilising some of the former airbase’s iconic buildings, the development cleverly integrates its residential and commercial users to foster a sense of community.  The mixture of one, two, three and four bedroom homes are gathered around the former industrial complex with open spaces and communal areas designed to bring people together.
