HAM MILL

Stroud, Gloucestershire

Stonewood Homes is delighted to have exchanged on an exciting opportunity to bring much needed residential development to Stroud along with the rejuvenation of important heritage buildings.

Ham Mill, located off the London Road in Thrupp, is a site of 5 acres and includes the historic mill together with a range of more modern industrial buildings. Since the mill’s closure, parts of the site have fallen into disrepair.
